I was traveled with my wife and 1 child (3 years old). We booked Standard Twin Room (Non Smoking). Room was great, clean, comfortable and big enough for us. Hotel was looked a little bit old but cozy and reasonable prices. Staff was great and helpful. There were washing machine and drinking vending machine on the 13th floor. Location was Superb, nearby the Namba station just 2 minute walks, Plus you can walk to the Dotonburi, Shinsaibashi shopping street if you enjoy walking. Family Mart was located in front of the hotel. Value for money.

Minkarm

The breakfast was nice, you can choose Japanese food or western food, with rice or soba / udon or bread. The staff are nice, they can remember I have stored a luggage case in the morning when I get back to check in without any reminder. The location was the main point for my stay this time, the hotel is located just next to the Namba Nankai trains, which is very convenient for us to go out and get back.

The hotel is located super centrally in Namba. From here you can walk to several train stations (to access Kyoto, Nara, Uji, etc) and also to the party district of Dotonburi. All within 10 minutes walk. Restaurants are even closer! The hotel was very comfortable and we would definitely stay here again when travelling to Osaka. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Very good price for what it offers, close to the main stations and many attractions in osaka. Staff was really kind, and the breakfast was good too. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quite spacious for a japanese hotel room. I don't have big complains and I'd definitely stay there again in the future.

Location: 5 min from Namba station, less than 15 min to Dotonbori. Room was larger than lots of standard room we've been to during our trip. Room was clean and provided everything we need for a comfortable stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The rate was relatively good. Highly recommended.
